This is an exhibition that celebrates the women of changing India. Celebrated photographers like Raghu Rai, Martine Franck, Olivia Arthur, Alex Webb, Alessandra Sanguinetti and Patrick Zachmann have their works at the Kalakriti Art Gallery in Hyderabad from March 10-23, 2012. Writers include Tarun J. Tejpal, Annie Zaidi, Mukul Kesavan, Amita Baviskar, Namrata Joshi  and Mitali Saran.

Six subjects were identified to highlight the cultural and geographical diversity of women’s lives in India. Each subject aimed to highlight the changing roles, aspirations, opportunities and challenges that Indian women face, whether they live in villages or cities, whether they are students, taxi drivers, lawyers, movie directors or business leaders.
